Rental Housing
Dartmouth College owns and manages 540 on- and off-campus rental housing units, with priority for these units given to graduate students and employees of the College. All of Dartmouth's units are located within 2 miles of the Dartmouth campus; most are located in Hanover, New Hampshire within walking distance of the campus. Accommodations range from studio apartments to single family homes.
Dartmouth also publishes the online Upper Valley Rental List, the region's most comprehensive listing of privately owned properties for rent in the surrounding area.
