Most Sachem apartments are offered in the spring to students arriving for the fall term. Apartments vacated at other times during the year will be listed on this site. Individuals interested in renting a Sachem apartment can apply to rent an apartment when it becomes available, or if you are going to be a graduate student during the next school year, an application can be filled out in advance if no apartments are currently available.
